Matcha Egg Waffles with Red Beans & Ice Cream

Ingredients: 

Matcha Egg Waffles - 2 pc

Ice Cream - 1 scoop

Cooked Red Bean - 1 to 2 tablespoons

Matcha Powder - 1 teaspoon

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 deg Celsius.

2. Place two pieces of Hong Kong Street Eats' matcha flavour egg waffles in the oven and heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until crispy.

3. Fan the top and bottom of the waffles for extra crispiness.

4. Decorate with red beans and ice cream.

5. Dust waffle with matcha powder.
