雞蛋仔配雪糕&士多啤梨

材料: 

雞蛋仔 - 2 份

雪糕 - 1 球

士多啤梨 - 2 條

巧克力醬- 1 茶匙

做法:

1. 預熱焗爐攝氏200度。

2. 放兩塊"香港街食"雞蛋仔在焗爐架上焗兩至三分鐘或至酥脆

3. 要更加酥脆,像街頭小販般撥涼雞蛋仔

4. 裝飾!!!
